Spark CV provides AI-powered CV tailoring services that help users customise their CVs for specific job applications. Our service analyses job descriptions and provides recommendations to improve your CV's relevance to target positions.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 16 years of age

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Spark CV offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorisation

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including your CVs and personal information. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The SparkCV service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The AI recommendations will result in job offers
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
